The project includes Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), customer segmentation using RFM analysis, and Market Basket Analysis with the Apriori algorithm to identify purchasing patterns and generate actionable business insights.
Airline Passenger Satisfaction Prediction
A machine learning project built on more than 129,000 passenger records. The workflow includes preprocessing, feature engineering, feature selection, model comparison, and business interpretation. Random Forest achieved over 96% prediction accuracy while identifying the most influential factors affecting passenger satisfaction.
